You will translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions through rigorous documentation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications via stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Create process maps, workflows, and technical documentation to support business analysis activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with documented requirements.
• Assist in developing and executing test plans to validate that solutions meet defined criteria.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder facilitation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Professional certification such as CBAP or CCBA.
