Description

You will manage compliance workflows and risk assessments within KYC and AML frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and identify risk levels.
• Monitor and report suspicious transactions while maintaining accurate customer records.
• Identify shortcomings in existing policies and propose necessary improvements to KYC processes.
• Perform periodic reviews of customer information and evaluate high-risk accounts.
• Analyze new product proposals to assess potential risk and compliance issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in KYC or AML analysis.
• Fluency in German is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of the Merchant Onboarding process within the payments industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and AML procedures.
• Experience evaluating high-risk accounts and analyzing customer behavior patterns.
• Ability to study market trends and assess impact on compliance policies.
