Description

You will bridge stakeholders and development teams in an Agile environment to define, track, and deliver software requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to define clear user stories and system specifications.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prioritize sprint tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Document business processes and track project progress using project management tools.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to validate deliverables against quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Strong proficiency with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for task management and tracking.
• Experience with Trello or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to define and document complex business processes.
• Proven experience managing requirements through the full software development lifecycle.
• Any Graduate degree.
