Key Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder interviews workshops and working sessions to gather and document business requirements
Develop currentstate and futurestate process maps
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technology teams
Support interface design workflow validation and data migration activities
Facilitate UAT planning execution issue tracking and business signoff
Assess business impact of technology changes and support change management efforts
Develop training materials and support end users during and postmigration
Identify business risks track issues and support mitigation planning
Experience Qualifications
3-6 years of Business Analyst experience preferably in Financial Services
Strong experience supporting technology transformation or migration programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with dataintensive platforms in Asset Management or Investments is a plus
Bachelor's degree
