Description

You will act as the expert knowledge resource for Guidewire Policy Center, guiding initiatives through the System Development Life Cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to gather, analyze, and document system change requests.
• Assess integration dependencies with internal and external applications and collaborate on design plans.
• Produce detailed deliverables including SRS, use cases, wireframes, and system flow diagrams.
• Act as a liaison between business leads, developers, and support teams, triaging production issues as needed.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of Guidewire implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to write detailed SRS, use cases, and wireframes.
• Experience with defect-tracking tools like JIRA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Familiarity with HTML, XML, SOAP APIs, and UX design.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of homeowners insurance.
• Commercial property insurance experience.
