Description

You will serve as the bridge between IT and business departments, coordinating UAT, gathering requirements, and supporting insurance operations workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design UAT frameworks and develop business test cases for proposed changes and enhancements.
• Coordinate UAT testing results and perform smoke testing prior to engaging business units.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications with IT teams.
• Manage issues, change requests, and provide end-user training on new processes and systems.
• Support BI activities and analytics to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations processes including claims, underwriting, and policy administration.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and presentation.
• Experience with SDLC and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Primary Insurance Systems (PAS) and new product implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant business experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating and maintaining data from primary and secondary sources into data warehouses.
