Description

You will act as a CRM Analyst supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic business processes within the behavioral health CRM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business systems and user needs to formulate systems that align with overall business strategies.
• Triage user requests and tickets, assigning priority and severity while communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Document detailed functional and technical specifications for reporting, data warehouse work, and computer program modifications.
• Prepare solution options, risk identifications, and financial analyses including ROI and cost/benefit studies.
• Create program guidance, job aids, webinar content, and web-based training materials.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business process mapping and reengineering.
• 3+ years of experience documenting requirements for RFPs.
• 2+ years of experience documenting user needs and program functions.
• Experience with business process reengineering to solve business problems with technology.
• Familiarity with industry standard technologies, including legacy, core, and emerging systems.
• Knowledge of relational database concepts and client-server concepts.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate data for program development and analysis.
• Strong technical assistance and training skills.
• Effective communication skills for drafting user notifications regarding system changes and upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM management and supporting complex strategic initiatives.
