Description

You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical implementation through requirements elicitation and process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements elicitation meetings, gap-fit analysis, and requirements refinement.
• Analyze business systems and user needs to formulate solutions aligned with business strategies.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications for reporting and data warehouse projects.
• Develop solution options, risk identifications, and financial analyses including ROI and cost/benefit.
• Document user needs and program functions to support the development or modification of computer programs.
• Work with IT and business teams to propose data warehousing solutions and provide knowledge transfer to the Enterprise Reporting Team.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business process review, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
• 5+ years of experience developing or managing user stories within Agile development projects.
• 2+ years of experience facilitating strategy discussions and roadmaps with senior management.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Statement of Work (SOW) development or contract compliance.
• 2+ years of experience implementing IT solutions for public use.
• 1+ years of experience on IT infrastructure projects.
• 1+ years of experience working within state or federal regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Legacy, Core, and Emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in business process mapping and reengineering.
