Description

You will act as a senior subject matter expert to align business systems with organizational strategies through process reengineering and technical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business systems and user needs to formulate technical solutions and process improvements.
• Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications for reporting, data warehouse work, and program modifications.
• Develop RFPs and conduct financial analyses, including ROI, cost/benefit, and buy/build evaluations.
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to define reporting requirements and manage end-user reporting tools.
• Document solutions and provide formal knowledge transfer to the Enterprise Reporting Team.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience with Lawson Versions 8, 9, and 10 (HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence/Leave, Personnel).
• 15+ years of experience with BSI-Tax factory.
• 3+ years of CloudSuite implementation experience, specifically GHR and Payroll.
• Extensive experience with Infor Version 11 application upgrades.
• Proven track record with multiple Infor Global HR, BN, LP, and Payroll implementations.
• Strong background in business process mapping and reengineering.
• Knowledge of relational database concepts and client-server architectures.
• Experience in risk identification and solution option preparation.

• Experience in Global HR management.
• Project Management expertise.
