Lead business analysis for complex computer systems and vital records applications in Lansing, MI.

Responsibilities

• Write high-level functional requirement documents and detailed functional design specifications.
• Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Develop user stories, task breakdowns, and prototypes for stakeholder review and approval.
• Design, implement, and execute test plans, test cases, and test reports for applications and subsystems.
• Maintain system documentation, training materials, and Local Change Board documents; support Request for Change (RFC) implementations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years of experience developing functional requirements and system documentation.
• 8+ years of experience developing and implementing test plans and test cases.
• 8+ years of experience creating training plans and materials.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Agile development processes, including test-driven development.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar requirements and test case tracking applications.
• Experience working with HIPAA data.
• Experience developing flowcharts, screen layouts, and mockups.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Lansing, MI.
