Description

You will act as the primary liaison between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on requirements elicitation and system evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements elicitation meetings and conduct gap-fit analysis and requirements refinement.
• Document functional and technical specifications for reporting and data warehouse projects.
• Perform business process reengineering and identify technology applications to improve business effectiveness.
• Prepare solution options, risk identifications, and financial analyses including ROI and cost/benefit studies.
• Develop RFPs and assist in the deployment and management of end-user reporting tools and platforms.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business process review, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
• 5+ years of experience developing or managing user stories within Agile development projects.
• 2+ years of experience facilitating strategy discussions and roadmapping with senior management.
• 2+ years of experience supporting the development of statements of work or work agreements/contracts.
• 2+ years of experience implementing IT solutions for public use.
• 1+ years of experience working on IT infrastructure projects.
• 1+ years of experience working with programs governed by state or federal regulations.
• Knowledge of relational database concepts and client-server architectures.
• Proficiency in business process mapping and business system analysis.
