Description

You will manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for complex computer systems within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Write high-level functional requirement documents and develop detailed functional specifications for complex projects.
• Conduct business requirements analysis and gap analysis to define system needs.
• Develop user stories, task breakdowns, prototypes, and mockups for stakeholder approval.
• Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including the creation of functional design documents.
• Assist with Enterprise Architecture Solution Assessment (EASA), hosting documentation, and firewall rules.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years of experience developing functional requirements for development projects.
• 8+ years of experience developing and implementing test plans and test cases.
• 8+ years of experience creating, updating, and maintaining systems documentation.
• 8+ years of experience creating training plans and materials.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Agile development processes, including test-driven development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar requirement and test case tracking applications.
• Experience working with HIPAA data.
• Experience with SDLC and EASA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps for requirement and test case tracking.
• Familiarity with HIPAA data compliance standards.
