You will manage functional requirements, system documentation, and testing within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and document functional requirements for business processes.
• Create and implement comprehensive test plans.
• Maintain detailed system documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Apply CMM/CMMI Level 3 practices to all project deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis and functional requirements.
• 8+ years of experience creating and implementing test plans and system documentation.
• 5+ years of experience working within Agile development frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for project management and tracking.
• Experience handling HIPAA data.
• Strong knowledge of CMM/CMMI Level 3 practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
