Description

You will analyze complex computer systems and drive the development of functional requirements for technical projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Create, update, and maintain detailed systems documentation.
• Design and execute training plans and instructional materials.
• Apply Agile development processes and test-driven development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years of functional requirements development for development projects.
• 8+ years of test plan and test case implementation.
• 8+ years of systems documentation maintenance.
• 8+ years of training plan and material creation.
• 5+ years of experience using CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and practices.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Agile development and test-driven development.
• 5+ years of programming in SQL and/or PL/SQL, preferably with Oracle.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and working with HIPAA data.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
