You bridge business requirements and technical execution through process modeling and roadmap development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define as-is and to-be processes and manage all related content creation.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps for project alignment.
• Manage requirements within Azure DevOps by creating epics, features, and user stories.
• Collaborate across BA, QA, and Dev roles to ensure clear responsibility boundaries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, specifically managing epics, features, and user stories.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• 5+ years of experience with as-is/to-be process modeling.
• 5+ years of experience creating product roadmaps.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile and Project Management methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience using BA tools including Figma and Visio.
• Bachelor's degree.
