Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate them into epics, features, and user stories.
• Document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
• Develop product roadmaps to guide development cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience using Figma for design collaboration.
• Ability to document complex workflows and processes.
• Understanding of QA and DevOps lifecycles.
• Experience with Visio for process mapping.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Solwintec tools or similar enterprise platforms.
