Description

You will manage the full software development life cycle for complex computer systems, covering requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write high-level functional requirement documents, detailed functional specifications, and user stories with task breakdowns for agile projects.
• Develop functional design documents, prototypes, mockups, and screen layouts to ensure logical system flow.
• Design and implement test plans, execute test cases, and develop test reports with metrics to verify program logic accuracy.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defect tracking, and differentiate between defects and new requirements.
• Create training content and user manuals while maintaining system documentation through upgrades and supporting Enterprise Architecture Solution Assessment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years of experience developing functional requirements for development projects.
• 8+ years of experience implementing test plans, test cases, and maintaining system documentation.
• 8+ years of experience creating training plans and materials.
• 5+ years of experience using CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and practices.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Agile development processes, including test-driven development.
• 5+ years of programming experience in SQL and/or PL/SQL (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with HIPAA data.
