Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and translate technical concepts for all audiences.
• Lead discussions with developers and architects to bridge business requirements and technical constraints.
• Partner with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure on-time, in-scope software delivery.
• Analyze project data to extract meaningful insights and drive business decisions.
• Determine solution approach—build custom, purchase off-the-shelf, or modernize legacy systems.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 8+ years eliciting requirements and producing detailed technical design documents.
• Expertise in responsive design application development and human-centric solutions.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools for creating diagrams and data models.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and modern software development best practices.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve complex business issues and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience reviewing technical designs for accuracy and quality conformance.
• Familiarity with legacy, core, and emerging industry technologies.
