Description

You will own the analysis and requirements lifecycle for IT projects, bridging business needs with technical implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements for software projects.
• Produce project analysis documentation including swim lanes, sequence diagrams, and use cases.
• Draft requirements for Request for Proposals (RFP) for IT solutions and services.
• Organize and develop test plans and test cases with business subject matter experts.
• Analyze current business methods and procedures to identify problems and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and process modeling.
• Deep knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile and CMMI methodologies.
• Proficiency in IT project planning, estimation, forecasting, and development implementation.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Visio.
• Ability to draft RFP narratives and perform project-level analysis.
• Strong communication skills for oral and written reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Processing, Mathematics, or a related field.
