You will act as a Business Analyst supporting technical and data-driven workflows in Lansing, MI.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute business analysis tasks to define and support project requirements.
• Utilize DevOps methodologies to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations using Tableau for reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align business needs with system capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience working within DevOps environments and frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
