You will act as the primary liaison between development teams, project managers, and business clients during software development projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between technical development teams and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Translate business requirements into technical contexts for software development projects.
• Conduct meetings and present findings to diverse audiences through oral and written reports.
• Manage documentation and workflows within a professional office environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience supporting software development projects.
• 10+ years of experience working with complex IT web applications.
• 10+ years of experience in professional office environments.
• 10+ years of experience conducting meetings and delivering presentations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Visio.
• 6+ years of experience working specifically with educational data systems.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Strong, clear, and concise communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of knowledge regarding the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
• 5+ years of project management skills and methodology knowledge.
