Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across multiple agencies, vendors, and internal departments.
• Manage workstreams involving multiple network platforms and lines of service.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet enterprise-level requirements.
• Communicate technical and operational updates to diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• 3-5 years of experience working within a telecommunications environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in a large enterprise setting.
• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Project and Excel.
• 3-5 years of experience with Remedy/Helix.
• 3-5 years of experience working with multiple network platforms.
• 3-5 years of experience working with multiple network lines of service.
• Proven ability to manage organizational and prioritization tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
