Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and actionable deliverables.
• Review technical designs and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects during solution design.
• Identify system gaps and recommend enhancements or new solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience supporting large-scale application development initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in complex or highly regulated environments.
• Exposure to user experience or human-centered design principles.
