Lead stakeholder sessions to gather detailed requirements and draft technology solicitations including RFPs. Create business requirement documents (BRDs), process maps, and support business case development with financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder sessions to gather detailed requirements.
• Draft and author technology solicitations such as RFPs.
• Create business requirement documents (BRDs) and process maps.
• Conduct in-depth technology and vendor research.
• Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• 5+ years authoring technology RFPs.
• 3+ years of experience in public sector or government projects.
• Strong experience with MS Office Suite, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business Admin, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification and experience with Business Analysis Tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and MS Project.
• Experience in process improvement and customer journey mapping.
• Consulting background is a plus.
