Description

Perform business and data analysis in a Global Financial Crimes environment, partnering with technology and business teams to drive requirements gathering and strategic goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Draft requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for application changes.
• Design systems and implement new solutions to meet business needs.
• Prototype and perform proof of concepts to evaluate potential solutions.
• Participate in system testing to ensure all requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience leading and documenting requirements-gathering sessions.
• Ability to break down and optimize complex business processes.
• Experience developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Any Graduate degree or a minimum 3-year degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of databases and querying tools.
