Description

Lead requirements management and functional implementation for labeling and artwork management programs in the Life Sciences sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements documentation and provide functional expertise for system implementations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear for development, configuration, and testing phases.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
• Manage project teams and cross-shore coordination to ensure successful delivery of GxP and non-GxP projects.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing requirements as needed.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Lead Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Labeling and Artwork management systems.
• 4+ years of experience in Life Sciences projects, specifically within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Lab systems.
• Proven experience executing and managing GxP projects, including creating guidelines, checklists, and best practices.
• Expertise in Micro Focus ALM (HP ALM).
• Proficiency in Visio and process flow creation tools.
• Strong understanding of Life Science business process flows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders including System Owners, Dev, QA, and Quality teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MS Office tools beyond standard proficiency.
