Description

Lead business analysis efforts within Agile development teams to ensure alignment with project goals and mentor junior analysts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities and provide mentorship to other analysts on Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Identify project risks and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 9-10 years of professional experience with IT-related tertiary education.
• 5-6 years of experience in a lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Mandatory certification as a Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing business analysis within the Singapore Public Sector.
• Background in large-scale digital transformation projects.
