Description

Lead Labeling and Artwork Management programs and projects within a Life Sciences context.

Responsibilities

• Lead Labeling and Artwork Management projects by coordinating between system owners, business stakeholders, development, QA, and quality teams.
• Manage project delivery and team execution to ensure successful outcomes.
• Execute GxP projects and deliverables according to established best practices, guidelines, and checklists.
• Drive proactive communication and coordination between internal teams and offshore customers.
• Map and document Life Science business process flows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Lead.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Labeling and Artwork Management systems.
• 4+ years of experience working on Life Sciences projects, specifically in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Lab systems.
• Deep understanding of GxP project execution and requirements.
• Experience working in both GxP and non-GxP environments within the Life Sciences vertical.
• Proficiency with Micro Focus ALM (HP ALM).
• Proficiency with MS Tools and Visio.
• Experience with process flow creation tools.
