Description

You will drive transformation programs and optimization projects within financial technology environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process discovery and opportunity qualification workshops to identify project objectives.
• Design optimizations to eliminate redundancies, standardize workflows, and streamline efficiencies.
• Facilitate end-to-end implementation and deployment of identified solutions.
• Evaluate enhancements and provide post-implementation support for defined solutions.
• Provide reporting that demonstrates value creation from engagements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of work experience, including 5 years driving transformation and optimization projects.
• Expert knowledge of Business Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering using Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Experience analyzing large datasets across Business, Technology, Application, Production Support, Infrastructure, and Cloud environments.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis and BI tools including MiniTab, Excel Query, PowerBI, and Tableau.
• Ability to perform exploratory data analysis using Python and R programming libraries.
• Familiarity with automation systems such as Microsoft Power Apps, ServiceNow, Celonis, Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
• Understanding of IT governance, application development, product implementations, and infrastructure processes.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, ITSM, ITIL, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Computing, or Agile Scrum.
• Exposure to Data Automation, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, ETL, EDW, and Artificial Intelligence.
