Description

You will support cross-functional project teams in driving the end-to-end digital product lifecycle to improve online experiences for residents and businesses.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed requirements analysis to evaluate business processes and user needs.
• Create and maintain product and project documentation including user flows, system flows, system requirements, user stories, and user acceptance criteria.
• Execute solution testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure products meet business requirements.
• Classify and document defects discovered during the testing phase.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, government agencies, and program managers to ensure effective utilization of digital grants platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis, including anticipating requirements and prioritizing them based on product roadmaps and technical feasibility.
• 3+ years of experience in requirements documentation, including conducting meetings and presenting findings.
• 2+ years of experience in solution testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• 2+ years of experience working with enterprise-scale digital platforms in at least three areas: omni-channel service delivery, web content management, CRM, or identity and data integration.
• Domain expertise in grant administration, including proposal submission, award management, budgeting, fund allocation, and compliance reporting.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced technical and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience establishing continuous improvement pipelines based on customer research and feedback.
