You will act as a liaison between stakeholders and users to optimize business processes and implement technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes to uncover improvement areas and develop optimization strategies.
- Manage project lifecycles by developing plans, monitoring performance, and prioritizing initiatives based on business needs.
- Document requirements analysis and communicate insights to cross-functional teams and management.
- Lead user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements.
- Establish continuous improvement pipelines based on customer research and feedback.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in requirements analysis and process documentation.
- 2+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- 2+ years of experience working with enterprise-scale digital platforms in areas such as omni-channel service delivery, web content management, CRM, or identity/data integration.
- Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence, Google Analytics, Git Repository, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and technical documentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing resources, priorities, and multiple project workstreams.
- Experience navigating ambiguous work environments and complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- 1 year of experience in user-centered design, user research, or analytics.
- 1 year of experience with Salesforce or Sitecore.
