Description

Manage requirements and process design for small to large-scale IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements.
• Analyze client and stakeholder needs to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Define, design, and document business flows and processes.
• Develop Business Requirements Determination (BRD) documents for system enhancements.
• Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to capture quality specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience with Joint Application Design (JAD).
• Ability to create Business Requirements Determination (BRD) documents.
• Strong skills in process design and definition.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Collaborate with Architects and Product Owners to manage technical aspects of projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience investigating operational needs and recommending process improvements.
