Description

You will analyze stakeholder needs to define business objectives, document requirements, and deliver solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for system enhancements.
• Design and document business flows and processes for small and medium-sized projects.
• Identify business problems and investigate operational issues to find improvement opportunities.
• Attend Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to gather quality requirements.
• Plan, manage, and deliver solutions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle and DB2 databases.
• Working knowledge of JBase.
• Experience using UML for modeling.
• Hands-on use of Rally, Jira, and ClearQuest.
• Experience with ClearCase.
• Associate’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related occupation.
