Description

You will analyze stakeholder needs to define and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for system enhancements.
  • Design and document business flows and processes for small and medium-sized projects.
  • Identify business problems and investigate operational issues to find improvement opportunities.
  • Attend Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to gather quality requirements.
  • Use Agile and Scrum methodologies to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with Oracle and DB2 databases.
  • Working knowledge of JBase.
  • Experience using UML for modeling.
  • Hands-on use of Rally, Jira, and ClearQuest.
  • Experience with ClearCase.
  • Practical application of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Associate’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related occupation.
