Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the IT sector.
• Proven track record in requirements gathering and analysis.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation.
• Must be currently based in Portugal with CPLP nationality or an EU work permit.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with data analysis.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
