You will drive business change and transformation through functional analysis and design across large strategic projects.

Responsibilities

  • Execute requirements elicitation, sign-off testing, and implementation using various methodologies.
  • Perform functional analysis and design to resolve complex issues within business and technical capacities.
  • Manage competing priorities in a multi-client environment to meet established deadlines.
  • Consult with stakeholders to satisfy business needs through strong business judgement.
  • Monitor financial market regulatory requirements regarding Conduct Surveillance and Front Office Supervision.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business change and transformation projects.
  • Proven track record working on large-scale strategic projects.
  • Experience in functional analysis and design across different business lines.
  • Strong analytical skills for resolving technical and business issues.
  • Practical experience in requirements elicitation and implementation.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets and Conduct Surveillance regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work autonomously in high-pressure environments.
  • Relationship Management and professional networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
