Responsibilities
- Execute requirements elicitation, sign-off testing, and implementation using various methodologies.
- Perform functional analysis and design to resolve complex issues within business and technical capacities.
- Manage competing priorities in a multi-client environment to meet established deadlines.
- Consult with stakeholders to satisfy business needs through strong business judgement.
- Monitor financial market regulatory requirements regarding Conduct Surveillance and Front Office Supervision.

- 5+ years of experience in business change and transformation projects.
- Proven track record working on large-scale strategic projects.
- Experience in functional analysis and design across different business lines.
- Strong analytical skills for resolving technical and business issues.
- Practical experience in requirements elicitation and implementation.
- Deep understanding of financial markets and Conduct Surveillance regulatory requirements.
