Description

Drive business change and transformation through functional analysis and design across large strategic projects.

You will own the requirements elicitation, sign-off testing, and implementation phases. Perform functional analysis to resolve complex business and technical issues. Consult with stakeholders to satisfy business needs using strong business judgement. Manage competing priorities in a multi-client environment to meet established deadlines. Monitor financial market regulatory requirements regarding Conduct Surveillance and Front Office Supervision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business change and transformation projects.
• Proven track record working on large-scale strategic projects.
