Description

You will act as a BA/QA Lead within the London Insurance Market, defining solutions and managing end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client teams to define and document business test requirements.
• Map current state systems, responsibilities, and workflows with carrier and broker process owners.
• Create and maintain requirement traceability documents, test plans, strategies, and test scripts.
• Execute test scenarios to validate solution design and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Drive QA delivery from offshore teams and mentor junior staff.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the London Insurance Market.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end London Market Bureau processing.
• Proven experience delivering BA/QA projects within the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of ACORD messages and bureau processing.
• Ability to understand data models and structures of complex technology systems.
• Experience managing small teams and driving offshore QA delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across brokers, carriers, and underwriters.
• Expertise in requirement traceability and test strategy documentation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
