You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by analyzing requirements and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and compile business requirements to ensure technical, operational, and legal support for implementation.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement methodology and scope for multiple complex projects.
• Identify gaps and inconsistencies in measurement tools to develop cost-effective business models.
• Perform requirements analysis, documentation, and quality assurance for all project deliverables.
• Strengthen risk mitigation techniques and improve process efficiencies while meeting regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum of five years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
• At least three years of experience in business systems analysis and design.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifying experience.
• Proficiency in managing requirements and change through the SDLC.
• Experience with ERD, Azure DevOps, and requirements documentation.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and define solution vision and scope.
• Experience eliciting, structuring, and validating requirements with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Five to seven years of experience in software development projects and eliciting user requirements.
• Experience creating workflow diagrams, use cases, data dictionaries, and network/security diagrams.
• Two to three years of documenting requirements specifically in Azure DevOps.
