You will interpret data to drive business decisions and optimize organizational processes within the lottery domain.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements from marketing services and define technical requirements for data teams.
• Develop and deploy dashboards to collect and deliver data-backed insights.
• Communicate with stakeholders to document requirements in Confluence.
• Manage and monitor tasks to completion using Jira.
• Support business intelligence strategies through quantitative analysis and cross-departmental collaboration.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong documentation skills using Confluence.
• Basic SQL skills for database interaction.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Experience eliciting requirements from business stakeholders and translating them for technology teams.
• Understanding of marketing analysis KPIs within a B2C context.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing workflows simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Background in online marketing businesses.
