Description

You will manage and optimize ITSM processes through the administration of Atlassian Cloud products.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Jira Service Management workflows, automation rules, SLAs, and reporting dashboards.
• Design and maintain integrations between Jira Service Management and third-party tools, monitoring platforms, or CMDBs.
• Analyze ITSM workflows to improve service delivery and ensure alignment with ITIL frameworks.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for end-users utilizing Atlassian products.
• Develop custom dashboards and performance metrics to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in ITSM engineering or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud products, specifically Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence.
• Expertise in Jira Service Management configuration, including workflow design and SLA setup.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and their application within ITSM processes.
• Experience integrating Atlassian tools with monitoring systems, cloud platforms, or API connectors.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues in high-pressure environments.
• Experience with system administration and application support.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
• Experience with advanced Jira automation, scripting, and Agile environments.
