Manage software and hardware assets, ensuring compliance and vendor alignment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage software and hardware assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Administer IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes using dedicated software tools.
• Manage software licensing agreements to ensure organizational compliance.
• Coordinate with software vendors regarding contract negotiations and purchasing.
• Provide customer service support related to asset and license requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or asset management.
• Proven experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Experience with ServiceNow, Snow, or other SAM tools.
• Direct experience managing software licensing agreements and compliance.
• Background in vendor management, including contract negotiation and purchasing.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL, CSAM, or IAITAM certifications.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
• Experience in purchasing or finance roles related to procurement.
