Description

You will manage software and hardware assets and oversee IT asset lifecycles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage software and hardware assets through the full lifecycle.
• Utilize IT Asset Management (ITAM) software to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Manage software licensing agreements to ensure organizational compliance.
• Coordinate with software vendors to negotiate contracts and handle purchasing.
• Provide direct support and service to internal customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in inventory management of software and hardware.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Snow, or other SAM tools.
• Experience managing software licensing agreements and compliance requirements.
• Background in vendor management, including contract negotiation and purchasing.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
• Any Graduate degree.
