Description

You will gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements to drive solution delivery. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to define business needs.
• Develop process flows, user stories, and comprehensive requirements documentation.
• Collaborate with project, development, and testing teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OutSystems low-code platform, including requirements analysis and solution design support.
