Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and information technology workflows to drive operational improvements.
• Support workforce management and payroll processing requirements with accurate data handling.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for implementation teams.
• Evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies in financial and IT systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.
• Experience working within Information Technology environments.
• Knowledge of workforce management systems.
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL or data visualization tools for financial reporting.
