You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers and QA.
- Conduct gap analysis, SWOT analysis, and impact assessments.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency with SQL, Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and document technical specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
- Experience working with data analytics or BI tools.
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA certification.
