Description

You will bridge the gap between client business users and internal IT developers to deliver technical solutions within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between business users and IT developers to gather requirements and devise solutions using internal products.
• Draft Functional Specification Documents (FSD) with high technical detail in collaboration with IT leads.
• Manage the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) across the SOW, BRD, FSD, and test scripts.
• Formulate test plans, approaches, and detailed test cases alongside testing leads.
• Support pre-sales by assessing requirement gaps and working with tech leads to provide high-level estimates.
• Conduct user training and hand over business knowledge to BAU support teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Business Solution Architect within a Financial Institute or FI Vendor.
• Proven track record of implementing systems for medium to large-scale projects.
• Experience with regional implementations in multi-country settings.
• Ability to lead structured business discussions and drive concise decision-making.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and recent regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in one or more domains: Digital Banking, Core Banking, Retail/SME Lending, Channels (Mobile/Portal), Accounting, General Ledger, Payments, or UI/UX.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Technical proficiency in Accounting, General Ledger, or UI/UX.
