You will act as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Identity and Access Management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business and security requirements into functional specifications and technical policies.
• Redefine IAM policies and controls to align with Zero Trust principles, security standards, and compliance needs.
• Develop and document attribute-based and role-based access models.
• Create test cases and support implementation and validation efforts.
• Lead change management efforts, including training and organizational communication.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management.
• Practical knowledge of SSO, MFA, conditional access, and threat modeling.
• Experience working with Identity Providers such as Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Ping Identity.
• Proficiency with modern identity protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, and LDAP.
• Working knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions like Delinea and HashiCorp Vault.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across both business and technical domains.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying Zero Trust principles to identity governance.
