Description

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver effective functional solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business processes and translate them into detailed functional requirements and specifications for technical teams.
• Solicit requirements using walk-throughs, document analysis, storyboards, use case scenarios, and workflow analysis.
• Verify that implemented solutions meet all documented requirements and business objectives.
• Troubleshoot problems and recommend alternative solutions to improve operational objectives.
• Support both business and technology teams to ensure deliverables are met accurately and on time.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in data analysis.
• Working knowledge of Agile tools including Jira and Rally (Agile Central).
• Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Ability to write clear, concise, traceable, and verifiable requirement statements.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with all levels of the organization and build consensus.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of mutual funds, life insurance, or annuity products.
