You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation for General Ledger systems within the banking sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop functional and non-functional requirements for solution architects.
- Map product features and out-of-box requirements to functional specifications.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis on products and recommend working alternatives.
- Create test cases, test plans, and test data to assist in functional testing.
- Communicate proposed solutions and requirement gaps to business users.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Proven track record implementing standalone GL systems or GL modules in Finance ERP systems within a bank.
- Experience working within the Philippines or Asian markets.
- Proficiency with SAP ERP, General Ledgers, and Finance ERP systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into testable requirements, test cases, and test outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and define solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical requirements to developers and business language to stakeholders.
- Experience using presentation and project management tools for reporting.
- Any Graduate degree.
